Ordering & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Free on all US orders over $40. Your first order ships free with code FIRSTSHIP, no matter the size.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days, with transit typically taking 3-7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 4-9 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Guarantee

What's your return policy?
Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not for you, email us and we'll refund it — no return shipping cost, no hassle. Full details in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Do I need the product unopened to return it?
No. This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a "like-new only" policy — opened or unopened, you're covered within 30 days.

How do I start a return?
Email support@coreforgesupplements.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label.

Ingredients & Dosing

How much creatine is in each scoop?
A full 5g clinical dose of 100% pure creatine monohydrate — the same amount used in the majority of published creatine research. No proprietary blends, no filler.

Do I need to do a loading phase?
No. Taking 5g daily will fully saturate your muscles within 2-3 weeks with the same end result as loading — it's optional, not required. Read the full breakdown in our loading-phase guide.

Is your plant protein a complete protein?
Yes. It combines Fava Bean Protein Isolate with YESTEIN™ fermented yeast protein, together covering all nine essential amino acids. See the full science.

What's the difference between Creatine Monohydrate and Creatine Hydration?
Same 5g creatine dose in both. Creatine Monohydrate is unflavored, one ingredient, mixes into anything. Creatine Hydration adds electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) and a lemon flavor for anyone who wants hydration support built in.

Is the Energy Powder a pre-workout?
It's built around natural green-tea caffeine paired with L-theanine for smooth, focused energy — many people use it as a clean daily pre-workout or focus drink. See how it compares to sugary energy drinks.

Safety & Who Shouldn't Take This

Is creatine safe?
Yes. Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched supplements in the world, with decades of studies supporting its safety and effectiveness for healthy adults when used as directed.*

Is it safe for women?
Yes. Creatine supports strength, performance, and recovery for both men and women, and does not cause unwanted hormonal changes.*

Who should avoid these products?
Pregnant or nursing women, children under 18, and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician before starting any new supplement, including these. The Energy Powder contains caffeine and isn't recommended for anyone sensitive to stimulants.

Does any product contain major allergens?
Our Plant Protein products are made with no milk, egg, soy, wheat/gluten, peanuts, or tree nuts, but do contain fava bean (a legume) and, in the Chocolate flavor, sunflower lecithin. Always check the label for the facility cross-contact statement if you have a severe allergy.

Stacking & Multiple Products

Can I take more than one CoreForge product at once?
Yes. Creatine, plant protein, and the energy powder work through completely different mechanisms and are commonly stacked together — for example, daily creatine plus a protein shake post-workout, or energy powder pre-workout with creatine any time of day.

Do I save money buying more than one product?
Yes — any order over $50 saves 15% automatically at checkout, and 2+ creatine tubs save 10%. See Stacks & Bundles for popular pairings.
