Welcome to CoreForge Supplements ("CoreForge," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and your purchase of any products through it (collectively, the "Site"). By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, browsing our products, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 11 below. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from CoreForge or to create an account on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If we have reason to believe an order was placed by someone under 18, we reserve the right to cancel it.

3. Products & Pricing

CoreForge is a US-based company. Our products are manufactured in the USA in a cGMP-compliant (current Good Manufacturing Practice) facility. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update pricing, promotions, or product information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted but before it has shipped. If a pricing error is discovered on an order you've placed, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you'd like to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, and to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized reselling.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation emails indicate we've received your order — they do not guarantee product availability or acceptance.

Payment is processed securely at checkout through our Shopify-hosted payment system. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. All prices are listed in US dollars.

Promotional codes (such as FIRSTSHIP for a customer's first order) are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of the offer and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed and ship within 1-2 business days, with typical transit time of 3-7 business days depending on your location and the shipping method selected. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Free shipping is available on US orders over $40. First-time customers can ship their first order free using code FIRSTSHIP. Shipping offers may change at any time and are subject to the terms displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@coreforgesupplements.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.

6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by mail within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are free — we do not charge a return shipping fee.

To start a return, contact us at support@coreforgesupplements.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and processed. Please allow standard bank/card processing time for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Dietary Supplement Disclaimer

CoreForge products are dietary supplements, not drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Nothing on this Site, in our product descriptions, or in our marketing constitutes medical advice. Information provided is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always read the product label before use, and consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a known medical condition, or are taking medication. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and site design — is the property of CoreForge or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with a purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreForge and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, offerings, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
