30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind what we make. Every CoreForge product is made in the USA in a cGMP-compliant facility, and if it's not working for you, we don't want your money for it. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund of the product price.

This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a "like-new only" policy. Supplements get opened and used — that's the point. Whether your product is sealed or partially used, you're covered under the 30-day window. We just ask that it's a genuine case of "this didn't work for me," not a pattern of ordering, emptying the bottle, and returning it every time.

How to Start a Return

Email support@coreforgesupplements.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

  • Include your order number (from your confirmation email) so we can look you up fast.
  • Let us know if the product was sealed/unused or opened/used — either way, you're covered under the guarantee.
  • We'll confirm your return and get a label to you by email.

Free Return Shipping

Returns within the 30-day window ship back to us free. We provide a prepaid return label — you don't pay out of pocket to send it back.

Refund Timing

Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 3-5 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to actually appear on your statement after we process it.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged, or you received the wrong product, email support@coreforgesupplements.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice, and there's no cost to you — we cover return shipping on our error every time.

What's Not Covered

  • Outside the 30-day window. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery aren't eligible under this policy. Email us anyway if something's off — we handle things case by case.
  • Shipping costs on standard returns. If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over $40, or your first order with code FIRSTSHIP), the original outbound shipping cost isn't refunded — you're refunded the product price.
  • Excessive return patterns. The guarantee is built for genuine dissatisfaction, not repeat use of full bottles. We reserve the right to decline returns that show a clear pattern of abuse.

We currently ship within the US only. Orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, with transit taking an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. Orders over $40 ship free, and your first order ships free with code FIRSTSHIP.
