Refund policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Sealed, opened, and partially used products are eligible during that window. Approved returns receive a refund of the product price and applicable product tax to the original payment method.

How to start a return

Email support@coreforgesupplements.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the authorized return destination. Package the item securely and follow those instructions. Please do not send a return before receiving authorization.

Your return authorization will explain any applicable return-shipping responsibility. If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, CoreForge will cover the authorized return-shipping cost.

Items not eligible

Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery. Items not purchased directly from coreforgesupplements.com. Returns connected to fraud, unauthorized resale, or a repeated pattern of policy abuse.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email support@coreforgesupplements.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item or package. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement or refund at no return-shipping cost to you.

Refund timing

After the return is received and reviewed, we aim to issue the refund within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need an additional 3 to 7 business days to post it. Refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges

Original outbound shipping charges are not refundable on a standard return. If we sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will also refund the applicable outbound shipping charge.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes are not guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.
